This month's 3rd Saturday Group Meditation starts with a vibrational attunement to harmonize the chakras and expand the Sacred Heart Center. Then we are guided to join our Sacred Hearts as One and hold the Earth in the energy of Oneness. At the end a message is given about the necessity to clear one's energy field daily.

To prepare for this attunement and meditation, please find a quiet, private space and begin with several rounds of deep breathing. On the inhale, imagine you are breathing in Light, and on the exhale let out a sigh as you let go of anything that does not serve your highest good. A Gift from Spirit - A Personal Tale

A few months ago, Spirit gifted me with a reading from the world famous medium, Theresa Caputo aka The Long Island Medium, and it aired last week on her Hey Spirit! podcast. For me, personally, the last couple of years have been a continuous roller coaster ride of dark nights of the soul.
