The Beautiful Return: My Journey to the Sacred Heart

 

The First Awakening

My first true awakening arrived in my mid-twenties, sparked by the passing of a dear friend. At the time, I was an atheist. Having been raised around organized religion, I felt deeply that those rigid structures were designed more for control than true spiritual freedom. When my friend Amber died, I was in a self-destructive spiral, living under the illusion that this fleeting life is all we get, so nothing truly matters.

A year later, a family member gifted me a session with a psychic medium. I held no expectations—just an open mind. The medium spoke of many things, but nothing truly anchored until she asked if I had questions. I simply said, “I want to know about my friend who passed.” What followed changed everything. In an instant, I was left with an absolute, undeniable certainty that our consciousness and spirit survive the physical body. My entire reality shifted.

 

The Calling of the Healer

By my early thirties, the currents of my life shifted again. After years spent in the routine of office administration, a near-fatal accident became the fierce wake-up call I needed. It led me to study holistic healthcare and energy medicine. There, my intuition and extra-sensory gifts truly opened, and I stepped fully into the vast world of wellness and spirituality.

After graduating, life blossomed into marriage and motherhood. To support my family, I became a licensed massage therapist. Yet, my soul grew restless. While my clients sought deep, physical tissue work—bound to the belief that healing must hurt to be real—I wanted to heal through subtle energy. The few clients who allowed me to weave energy work into their sessions gave me a taste of true alignment.

Trapped in the friction between what paid the bills and what my soul wanted, my body began to shut down from stress. Succumbing to the belief that my true calling could never financially sustain me, I surrendered my practice and returned to the safety of a corporate office desk.

 

Finding My Tribe

Then, a spark of inspiration changed everything. I read a book on channeling that perfectly echoed my internal longing, mentioning transformative spiritual workshops on the island of Ibiza. An ember ignited within me. On a whim, I searched for flights. There on the screen was a discounted ticket for the exact balance of my checking account. Without hesitation, I took the leap and booked it.

 

Attending that workshop in 2017 was my next great awakening. For a lifetime, I had felt out of place—an outsider looking in. But on that island, I found myself surrounded by like-minded souls. For the very first time, I felt a profound sense of true belonging.

The breakthrough process was intense. During my first channeling practice, the energy frequency was so immense that my body resisted it, resulting in a wave of intense emotional release that left me breathless. With the support of the facilitator, the tension dissolved. The guides whispered that one day, channeling would feel comfortable and natural. Slowly, as my resistance melted, channeling became a wellspring of profound peace and clarity.

 

Stepping Into My Mission

In 2019, I began offering channeled sessions to the world, and my sacred mission as an Earth Worker was unveiled. At the close of that year, I received a powerful Light Language activation. It was a potent turning point that allowed me to not only accelerate my own healing but also act as a catalyst to unlock the innate gifts of other seekers and healers.

 

The year 2020 brought a period of radical surrender. Guided to take a massive leap of faith, I left everything behind and retreated into nature. What began as a brief pause evolved into a five-month journey across ten states. With no safety net, sustained entirely by the generosity and love of my community, it was a beautiful, life-changing trust fall that completely reshaped my perspective on faith and flow.

 

The Shattering & The Return

Living a life of divine service does not make you immune to human struggles. In 2024, after years of operating at a high spiritual frequency, I hit a profound wall. I endured a harrowing "dark night of the soul" marked by chronic physical illness, mental exhaustion, and emotional emptiness. My entire foundation shattered, and I felt completely disconnected from the Light I had spent years channeling.

​

Yet, that darkness was the exact catalyst I needed. I had to get lost to truly find my way back to my authentic self. To deeply "know thyself," I had to journey into the locked, shadowy corners of my own mind, patterns, and body, while remembering the eternal strength of my spirit.

​

Supported by unseen guidance and my own resilience, I navigated through the fiercest darkness and emerged reborn. I cross this threshold with a steady heart, finally embodying the full, unapologetic expression of who I am. This journey wasn’t about becoming someone new; it was the sacred act of allowing myself to be exactly who I have always been.

 

A Return to Service

Having traced my own path through the shadows and back into the Light, I now understand that our deepest fractures are often where our greatest gifts are forged. I do not stand before you as someone who has merely studied healing in a classroom, but as someone who has walked through the fire to reclaim it.

​

From this place of hard-won wholeness, I am returning to you.
